Most people will arrange to get termite reports when they first purchase a new home. But a lot of these people tend to forget to arrange regular inspectons some years down the track – and that’s when they run into problems with undetected termite attack and subsequent timber damage.

This may cost in the vicinity of $3000-$5000 for the average suburban home however, if termites are known to be active nearby, it can be a very worthwhile investment.
